I love that Project You puts such a strong emphasis on psychic self defense. Learning to set boundaries is a process that continues to evolve for me. I’m curious to know more about how everyone else approaches this. Do you have tools in your arsenal other than the one’s John suggests?
I visualize being surrounded by a beautiful hedge, like you might find in an English garden. At the entrance to the hedge there is a gate with a sign that says, “This gate yeilds only to love❤️" This little visualization fits into my morning journal and yoga practice and comes in especially handy throughout the day.
What are some of the unique visualizations that you use to protect your aura?
Happy Monday,
Lindalee

PS. I think it helps to use the post section as a heading and then post your comments as a reply. That way it isn't all in caps😀❤️

Thank you Lindalee59 for sharing your take on this.. i will try but i might add flowers and butterflies, imagining that they are protecting beings :) and their color to radiate all the different frequencies to the body!! i like your idea of the Evolve family contributing with their own tried methods..probably there will be examples of new ways that will help us broaden our own spectrum on the subject. let s hope the Evolve members participate. thank you

I find that I like to use the same as many of the Project You suggestions......I like to start my day with protection . As soon as I get up and then again when I jump in the shower to start my day. When I get up I am surrounding myself with a ball of white light. When I am in the shower I am visualizing the water washing away the negative.
I am a very visual person so I have saved three things on my phone in the reminders. I have set these three things to an alarm that goes off through out the day. I like the reminder just to stop and think for a minute to focus and center my thoughts on the intention. It is so easy to get consumed with what ever is going on in the moment............having a reminder set keeps certain things I truly want to focus on not too far from me. I never have to look at the reminder at 6 am..........I just know it is time to be silent and listen.
The Crystal Meditation that Lindalee suggested listening to is one I like. I like to start my day clearing my Chakras.....I have found having the You Tube app on my phone allows me to access the meditation I like easily. I have it in my favorites so easy to access it when I have some down time. I can be traveling and all I need are my ear buds and I can remove my self from all of the nonsense that my be going on around me. Since I am a person that likes electronics this really works for me.
I like a lot of people, have to really work to keep a dedicated practice with my mediation and psychic self defense. I find I come to this site daily to keep the motivation strong. Like I have said before this is like having that walking partner for me.

Good Morning Peachey,
We are on the same page, I love checking in here with like minded people after writing in my journal while sipping my coffee. I have incorporated your idea of using reminders into my day, although I am not the most technically savvy person, it is simple. I have an Apple Watch and one of the great features in the "breath" reminder.
Enjoy your day!
Lindalee❤️
